This used to be the best place for pizza. But after a disappointing experience today, I can only give it 2 out of 5 stars. I bought a gift card from my office reward portal and it seems suspicious. I regret trusting Domino's. The mobile app doesn't work, the desktop site on mobile devices is not helpful, and the customer service is lacking. I won't be purchasing a Domino's gift card again.
