we wanted a chic dinner for our last night in trie and the evening meal itself was great! perfect service, nice eating. but I had the risotto with raw clam and got a very bad fall of food poisening. it was a bad night and I was very dissapointed as it ruined another beautiful evening. We took the tasting menu, it was delicious and probably one of the best value for money tasting menus we’ve ever eaten. Excellent service as well. The fish was very fresh and it was a very pleasant meal.
Fantastic food, service and ambience. Amazing meal.
Didn't live up to the expectations. Some courses were a hit, others a miss. It's a pity. Good service, but not very cosy (old fashioned design). The white house wine (not on the wine list) was cheap, but not very good.
Dining alone, I was a bit concerned with how I would be seated. I did not have to worry. I was seated smack in the middle. Other single diners were also well placed. Delicious and original food. Small appetisers were served between dishes. I hope to return before leaving Trieste.
Good food, nice service and great wine list.
