View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Weingut - Weinstube Deutschherrenhof:
View all feedback.
Great wine, great food. Really good vibes. I loved this place. You need to try the Sebastian no 1 wine and the Vollmühle Spätlese 2020.
It was our first time on the Mosel so we wanted to experience a real Winebar. Fantastic service, food and of course Wine. Just outside of the city Trier so great to be outside the city. We will definately be back as their are many more wines to try! Keep up the good work. Robert C from Vancouver, Canada.
When in Trier, Reisling is a must, and where better to get it than from an actual winery. We turned up unannounced, which initially I thought was going to be a problem (turned out they had a group on the way). They were however accomodating and let us stay. We wanted to do a wine tasting, and little did we know, it was Sebastián (the owner) who delivered the tasting. Despite being busy, he was happy to talk us through the wines and give us insight into how it's made, and even changed some of the wines to accommodate our taste. We then got a couple of extra wines by the glass. We'd have tried one of their flammkuchen , however, we were unable to get the waiters attention as he was tending to people he knew. That said, we still enjoyed our time here.
I walked to this wine tavern on a Saturday night from my hotel- The Blesius Garden. It is located in a quite neighborhood where vineyards are all over the adjoining hills. This is a family-run operation for many decades and as you walk in you are hit with the amazing aroma of seasoned pork steaks grilling over a wood BBQ. This smell immediately made me hungry! They have wine tasting dinners with 6 wines during your meal which comes with sides such as their famous potato salad, fries and more. This is a must-visit place if you come to Trier and are hungry.
