For us it is always a festival to go to eat kashiwa between bite and bite we always pronounce onomatopeyic sounds like uhmm! because it is a delight for our palates. we try the mushroom gyozas and their delicacy left us ojipláticos! we recommend them! also the hot salmon pier and the yakisobas! plus he service is very close and familiar, they make you feel like home. no doubt a place to not miss! We dropped in for lunch hoping for some nice California rolls and more. Well, they are expensive, so be sure to bring extra cash. Then, the fish was like chopped meat... kind of squishy. They brought the dish quickly but we waited another ten minutes for plates and soy sauce (I had to get up and get them myself . Lastly, the rolls seemed to be made by an amateur. I've been here several times and would go more often if I could afford it. It's an excellent restaurant and everything I've tried has always been delicious. They have very diverse dishes and the service is really good. I highly recommend!
I personally know the owners, because our children shared school for years. It's always a pleasure to come back to enjoy their really well funded Japanese suggestions. No glitter decoration, just the best cooking.
