What User doesn't like about Panera Bread:
Easy attention to detail. Ordered a bowl of soup and a family soup. Only 2 pieces of French bread for a family of 4. This location, Hamilton NJ on 33 seems to have problems with preparation and the following company procedures. They're 0 for 2 orders for me. My advice, go to the grocery store to pick up Panera soup there or hit the WAWA over the street. View all feedback.

Worst experience with this place! I ordered the app and went to pick it up when it was done. When I arrived there, my order was not found anywhere. I talk to a worker and they call someone else to help me. When they came by, I asked where my order was, and they said oh, I guess someone must have taken it. we'll make another one for you. When that was done, I went. that was a mistake, I should have checked it before my departure because it wasn't what I originally ordered. if I hadn't to go back to work, I would have been forced back and complained more. I no longer command, these are two experiences in a series of this place where I had problems.
The Restaurant Personal made me very uncomfortable for buying her Agaventee one of the favorite products they serve) They made me feel like I stole the mug at the self-checkout when I asked for items like sugar lids. The young people who worked there led unprofessional such out uniform, loud personal discussions that did not carry the right hygienic food service equipment. It is such an unhappy experience that no one experiences the same. Leadership should address the problem.
Nice going through the drive thru for the first time. Staff reconfirmed my order twice and was pleasant. The food was good as usual. I had a bacon Turkey bravo, chips and coffee. I love their coffee. The staff did ask if I wanted cream and sugar and I said yes, 5 and 5. I guess they never got that response because he didn't understand and I had to spell it out. Five cream and five sugar.
