241 Pizza - Trenton

My friend and his girl friend tonight had a big health emergency and required a ambulance as she had just recently suffered from a heart attack and they were worried it was happening again as she was having chest pains that brought her to tears and was unable to catch her breath, her boyfriend who is understandably terrified at this point ran to the nearest business to use a phone as they didn't have theirs with them. That business was 241 here in downtown (ish) Trenton, not only did the guy behind the counter first deny him use of the phone or to even call an ambulance himself, he also made it quite clear he was annoyed by my friend grabbing some of their napkins so that his gf could wipe the tears from her face. Someones life is possibly at risk and here you are worried about being bothered by people just asking to use a phone for a emergency, oh and the use of your precious napkins, what is wrong with you, I really enjoyed your pizza but ill never spend another dollar in your business again. Give your uncompassionate head a shake. You should just hope that you never have to be on the receiving end of such a display of inhumanity and emotionless apathy. Absolutely appalling and you should feel ashamed.

Been ordering from here a few times a month and it’s normally very good. Had one experience where the garlic loaf was raw in the middle in which they offered a free one on my next order (which was fully cooked). We ordered tonight and the pizza was soggy and not fully cut through, and the garlic loaf was raw again, despite being “well done”. I Have to cook it at home now. I Called to let them know and the person working just said sorry to hear that, have a goodnight.

Favourite chain pizza place in Quinte West. Options are very customizable. Garlic butter crust is a must. We never have a problem with our order.
