The family had pancakes that were light and fluffy, French toast made with fantastic bread, egg sandwiches that were both light and tasty, and a bagel with bacon, egg, and cheese that was outstanding. What Kathy McManus doesn't like about Dutch Maid Bakery Cafe:
Prices are hard to find and some things are laying around haphazardly. They had a big sign up saying they sold icecream but when we asked for it, they said they had stopped and the sign was hidden; but it wasn't. Also $10 limit to use a card. Makes you either buy stuff you don't want or don't get what you do want. View all feedback.
Definitely stop and see this bakery! It?s worth it. We planned a visit into our vacation and I?m so glad we did! Christian in the front of shop is soooo good at his job!!! He?s super friendly, charming, and he knows his stuff! You aren?t just going to a bakery, it?s an experience. We got a tour of the bakery, and we were able to meet the awesome and equally friendly owner, Cindy. It was a lovely experience and I strongly recommend everyone to make a visit to this gem!
Great visit to the oldest bakery in Tennessee. We enjoyed a few lunch options and bought some treats to go. Very kind and helpful staff.
Excellent food and friendly staff! We arrived after they finished serving lunch but were kind enough to feed hungry travelers. Wonderful and authentic atmosphere. They have been in business for 100 years and it shows why!
The Dutch Maid Bakery is not only beautiful and retro but the baked goods are high quality and amazing! They have turnovers, cookies, etc. You definitely get what you pay for here and the employee was nice! The bakery is wonderful and I had a pleasant experience here 10/10 Would definitely reccomend if you're in Tracy City. ???? ??.
