This restaurant is typically bustling, but the service and food are fantastic! I am a huge fan of Red Robin, and this particular location is one of the best I have visited. Although there have been a couple of instances where the service was not up to par due to mix-ups with our orders and a busy crowd, overall, we have enjoyed many positive experiences here. We have been served by a number of excellent waitstaff, but Marisa stands out as the best server we have ever had. She was courteous to both us and our children, and went above and beyond to cater to our needs and address any concerns we had. Thank you, Marisa!

My family decided to try out the Tracy Red Robin for a late dinner. Despite arriving only an hour before closing with a table of six demanding customers, our server Dante provided us with exceptional service! He was swift in keeping our drinks full, making sure our bottomless fries baskets were always refilled, and serving our food promptly. Dante was always super friendly and accommodating, no matter what requests we had. Thanks to him, our faith in Red Robin has been restored.
