Food here is awesome! High quality, I always have leftovers. However beware, all of their food is spicier than you think. Mild is more like medium, got medium once and it was like hot. Idk what the hottest is like. If you like medium at other restaurants, get mild. Even the butter chicken mild is spicy compared to India Cafe in Manteca and a few other places I've been. 5 stars because that doesn't matter to my family... View all feedback.
What Kasandra Treutel doesn't like about Dhaba Indian Cusine:
Hadn't been here since 2019. Lunch thali has jumped in price from $8.99 up to $12.99 for 2 entree items. My entrees were quite cold. When I pointed this out to the server, she just shrugged her shoulders and walked away. In the past they used to fill up the condiment cups with yogurt and dessert. Now only half- full. There are other good places in Tracy that actually care about the customer. View all feedback.
Literally the best Indian food I've had, stumbled upon it by chance while crossing Tracy. First class Panner Makhni Veggie Kofta. Feels like home made food with a twist, not oily (which is great since most Indian places use too much oil). All of the desserts are fantastic as well, must try. Honestly wish I lived closer!

Oh my goodness where do I begin. I am from Sacramento CA and found myself in the town of Tracy. I came across this place on Yelp and after seeing the great reviews I had to try this place. I walked inside and was welcomed by no one and a dark room, I thought the place was closed but then a lady appeared and greeted me. She took my order (not the best customer service but it's alright I'm taking this to go) and told me it would be a 25-30 min wait. I ordered the veggie samosas, mixed pakora, two orders of tikki masala extra spicy, and a order of butter chicken and the best part is it only came out to $51!!! Feeding a family for $50 is a win in my books! The food was all amazing, this by far is the best tikki masala I have ever had!
It was a surprise find for us. Delicious and authentic north Indian food. It's evident that they are not cutting corners. Two chutneys were delicious and tasty. Samosas were fresh. Punjabi entres were very authentic as well. Will make sure to stop by at this place whenever we drive through this route.
This place doesn't even deserve a star. We went to this place last week we were not even greeted, We did not know that we had to sit or stand and wait until they ask us to sit. Space is not clean at all. Not well maintained. We ordered Roti, which was super hard and Baingan Bharta was so bad, we never had such Baingan Bharta that tasted like that. We also made a mistake to order Veg Biriyani because we didn't want to order Roti anymore. Veg Biriyani was like BisiBele bath, sticky rice that didn't taste like Veg biriyani. They have also increased the price for such bad foods. I would never go back to this place in my life. I wouldn't eat Indian food outside as eating here and feeling bad about it. Please improve your standards and cleanliness.
