Husband ordered rapid pickup for us and I later learned that he had a bad experience in the restaurant. He was assumed to be a delivery driver so when our food and drinks weren't ready and he waited near the shelf employees took a long time to come tohim. His food had been sitting there the entire time next to delivery orders. He came home and our sandwiches also looked likethey literally hadn't been pressed on a grill at all. I didn't realize until after I had picked through my sandwich because thebread was so dense. I was literally able to simply take the bread off, but of course after his in store experience he didn'twant to return and I couldn't blame him????. He works as a driver for the food delivery apps and has been here before anddidn't like the treatment but this time their poor treatment of customers even transfered to us as paying patrons. This is themain reason we haven't been here in years after we used to be quite frequent regulars. We won't be patronizing this place againand will be sure to tell the people who ask our honest opinion to avoid this place especially for delivery or rapid pickup.

The problem with this place continues to be the service. I decided today to actually go in and place an order instead of on the app. It wasn't too crowded yet it took forever to get my order. I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches. This is how one was given tome. What you can't see is all the grease that was on top of the bread and the container. The eggs and the avocado were fallingout. This isn't my first time ordering their new sandwich so I know how it's supposed to look. Then I had to also wait for acold brew since the person making drinks thought it was more important to talk with his coworkers instead of making a drink thattakes no more than 3 minutes. I don't know what to say about this place anymore. I'm just going to stick with the Timoniumlocation or just order from the app. Mobile orders seem to be given priority.

We ordered two meals for pick-up: a grilled cheese sandwich with bacon and a chicken noodle soup. When we got home and checked the order, I found that the soup was almost entirely broth, with just a tiny amount of noodles and chicken. Additionally, the grilled cheese sandwich was missing the bacon. We called to address the issue, and while the manager may have intended to be accommodating, she ultimately dismissed our concerns. In situations like this, it would be better to offer customers the choice of a remake or a refund. Instead, she simply offered a refund and said she would talk to the staff. I’ve seen how she interacts with them in person, which might explain why they're burnt out and making mistakes with orders. Because of this experience, we won’t be returning.

The staff really should be familiar with all the ingredients in each dish. I was informed that there was no cilantro in any of the bowls, yet there's cilantro lime rice included in all of them, which is mentioned in the menu description. Additionally, the spicy chicken sandwich felt like a downgraded version of McDonald's offering. The chicken itself lacked any real spiciness, as it was not cooked in sauce; it only had sauce added on top after being prepared. If you're going to label it as a spicy chicken sandwich, the chicken needs to have some heat. Wendy's still remains the best option in this category.
