FOLKS....I proudly eat at the New Hartford Burger King 3-4 times EVERY week! The customer service I ALWAYS receive is OUTSTANDING! The workers and management are efficient, friendly, and accurate!! I tried the classic chicken wrap for the first time. It was good, just a little to much mayo for me.

They did a nice time helping us out with an error with the app. They took their time and resolved our issue. Glad they could take care of us.
I was able use my coupon to get a 2 bacon cheeseburger ? meal with 1 medium fries ? and 1 medium fountain drink thru the drive thru quickly and my food was nice and hot.
The staff at the windows were very friendly. Food fresh and hot. Was so sweet and gave our dog a chicken nugget after asking politely if he could have one. Wasn't impressed the large fry was only half full for what you pay for them, but the service made up for that!
