Bricks Neapolitan Pizza

The pizza was tasted absolutely delicious. I only wish the crust was thicker. It was very thin and flimsy. The beer selection was good!

The pizza is amazing. The staff is rude, unprofessional, slow, and don't know anything about service. They wouldn't last a day at a restaurant anywhere else. The dining room is small and insanely loud. The owner needs to put up sound deadening boards immediately. OSHA would force employees to wear ear plugs if they knew how loud it was. Lastly the businesses need to force Hudson to drop the paid parking on the street, what if you are simply picking up a to go order? Besides, this isn't downtown Minneapolis, you should not be charging to park, pathetic small town anti free mentality. I will never never be back that's for sure. Sucks too because again, the pizza was amazing. But there is amazing pizza all over the world, so Hudson isn't special enough for the rude, slow, overpriced mentality.

Amazing crust. That’s all you need to know about any pizza place. This is the real deal, plus a nice atmosphere and staff. Will definitely be back. Update: This is still one of our favorite restaurants. 4 stars for the atmosphere, because the concrete floor and the smooth drywall ceiling make for terrible acoustics. Way too noisy when it’s busy.

Always enjoy coming into Bricks! Some of the best pizza I've ever had (and I've had a lot of pizza). The staff is always kind and welcoming too! Can't wait to visit again!

A gem in Hudson. Salads are fresh and unique, and all pizzas are amazing….but their specialty pizzas are out of this world, especially the fresh sweet corn pizza. Locally owned by a great couple who value customers and using fresh local ingredients. Five star.
