Blasdell Pizza - Town of Hamburg

The floor was so greasy I almost fell. The ladies room was the dirtiest I have ever seen, grease, dirt and mold, hard to believe this is a restaurant, i would have to see the kitchen. On the other hand it was great pizza

Terrific now. Lunch is fast and awesome food and awesome people as of 5-15-24Use to be good years ago.disappointment last 3 times I have been here for lunch.whole chicken fingers sub,not mini equals 2 fingers cold on a wet roll.and broken fries. Sub of the month means nothing when complete rip off. Wonder what the mini sub has on it,one finger?

Blasdell Pizza is dead to me. Ordered a sheet and a bucket a day in advance to feed group of customers. Asked can this be ready by 11:40 AM for pick up? and was told yes. I arrived at 11:45 to find sheet ready but no wings. Girl tells me it will be just one more minute on the wings. After 10 minutes goes by I ask where are the wings? Now she tells me it will be another 7 minutes. Meanwhile I have to feed a group of people at noon. I grabbed the pizza, flew to the customer and dropped it off. Came back for the wings and they STILL were not ready. I ask this girl what 's up and she tells me their delivery driver made off with my wings. Do you think she could have told me this when I first got there? Do you think there was even the smallest of apologies for the inconvenience? I got attitude, a giant head ache and a $20.00 gift card. Mind you I was offered nothing until I complained. Blasdell Pizza your food is good but your service sucks-never again!

Great food. Take-out is normally minutes behind scheduled time, yet worth the wait.

One of my hometown favorites. Every time I go back, I stop to bring some home with me.
