Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Halfmoon NY Location: place is busy busy, dual drive-thru line is long. Staff is efficient and courteous and keeps the line moving with a friendly smile and hello. Food is standard pepeye chain, so if you like Popeyes, there's nothing to add.

Pros: The food was warm.Cons: The sides were almost $4 each. I attached photos of the dismal portion sizes. No, I haven't eaten any yet. Had to go back up to the front multiple times to ask for basic items (like a fork for my mac cheese). I specified certain condiments with my order. They gave me the wrong ones and I had to go back. They didn't give me any napkins and none were available. At this point I was so fed up I reached to the far side of the front counter and just grabbed some.

The new Popeyes in Clifton Park is nothing short of amazing. I'm a big fan of the food, but that speaks for itself. Obviously with any new building, you'd expect it to be clean and it is. Hopefully it will stay this way. Most importantly I want to express how simply amazed I was with 1 particular employee. I awful with names, but I am almost certain her name was Felicia. She was what I consider the epitome of excellent customer service. For a new restuarant you expect there to be longer lines, but even with it being super busy, Felicia worked like a well oiled machine and was working 2 registers at once like an absolute rock star which kept the wait time to a minimum. She was fast and efficient, but she was also extremely upbeat and kind. I hope everyone can take pointers from her because she is amazing and I will be coming back to this Popeyes for as long as Felicia works there.

This location definitely needs work. I was happy to see the wait time has gone down (about 5 minutes waiting in drive through) however, Id rather wait longer and have my meal fully cooked. Two pieces of my chicken tender combo were inedible due to the fact that they were raw. I understand that it is a new location and of course there is always a learning curve but please stop serving your customers raw food. I cant even imagine how many people have gotten sick already.

This woman is awesome. The best and the coolest and sweetest employee I have ever seen in my lifeHer communication with customers is great... I think the best reason to come to clifton park popeyes is this positive employee.Thank you so much ??
