The waiter rudely and awkwardly demands a tip of at least 18%, I will never stand there again in my life, and even a waiter is not needed ?
I had an absolutely dreadful experience at this restaurant. The service was beyond horrible. As if that wasn't bad enough, our waitress, Mazza, took rudeness to a whole new level. She had the audacity to confront a member of our group who had some food from another place in a bag. Instead of addressing the situation politely, she approached us with an attitude that could curdle milk.When I tried to explain that we were planning to order food and drinks, she persisted in her rudeness, blaming her manager for the absurd policy. Despite my attempts to reason with her, she remained obstinate and unprofessional. Her lack of understanding and unwillingness to accommodate us made it clear that our presence was not valued.Needless to say, we promptly left the establishment, vowing never to return. It's disappointing to encounter such discourteous behavior and utter disregard for customer satisfaction. Mazza's behavior was a blight on what could have been a pleasant dining experience.

Beware of scam: do not give them your credit card until you see the check: they include 18% gratuity no matter how large your group was.
