Scotto's has unfortunately disappointed my fiancee and myself multiple times. The most recent was to find out there is no more offering of GF pasta dishes on the menu. Prior to that and multiple times before we ordered GF sandwiches and the quality is sub par. As a person born and raised in Philadelphia.
