We had a good time on December 29 with our friends Paris the Australian and Rob South Africa. We found the address by chance because I felt it looked well at the map and the interior style. The fabulous veal head (especially gribiche sauce), delicious snails and excellent sheep balls so a little difficult for the first time. The boss is excellent. The wine upstairs. Come quietly to taste some good dishes always made with quality products often organic. The boss is very friendly and you can chat with him for a moment with him in all sympathy!

A restaurant in the Vieux-Tours with the charm of an old brewery, recommended by the small futé (...2016, 2017). the products are home of the entrances, to the desserts and copied. service is done with smile. a good address to discover tours.
