Passing this restaurant at about noon, along the street leading to the Garonne river and bridge, we verified that a reservation is a must for this Japanese eating place if you want a table for dinner. It is a small efficiently run establishment, with a lot of takeaway orders, in addition to the 8 or so dining tables. Very good sushi, the choice of sushi and dishes is varied and the very friendly service. the atmosphere is simple but pleasant.

Top-notch waitresses and chef, very pleasant, polite and professional. The cocktails were perfect and the food was simply exquisite. I have never eaten such good makis and California rolls.
