Rita's Italian Ice Frozen Custard - Feedback

What kat camarda doesn't like about Rita's Italian Ice Frozen Custard:
Nasty unprofessional cashier With a Major attitude problem. She seemed Annoyed to have to speak at a normal volume so I could hear her through the glass. Also, I asked for a cup of water was told they don’t have that. Why work in retail if you hate talking to consumers ? I’ll never go back to this Rita’s. The ice cream is standard fare for any Rita's, so it's a good time. The seating outside though is always so messy you can't find a spot that isn't covered in layers of congealed ice cream that looks like it's been on the seating and table since the beginning of time. If you're eating to go it's a far better time. View all feedback.
