very good attention. we made a request for extreme mc and another for royalty to eat outside. the design of the table and chair area is fabulous and functional for families with children and pets. the food was very good, as always, and we ate a piece of apple. This macdonalds is very well located for the people who stay for the lomas of san juan and surroundings. I will definitely return. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's Punta Marina:
It's nothing different or original. do not seek newness and innovation. It's more of the same. a place where they sell you food of oatmeal and premura. add a lot of paper and a good dose of cardboard, which contain very artificial products of flavors. If you don't want to be surprised, come. You know what you're going to eat and it's, like I put up, more of the same. View all feedback.
Ok yes it a McDonald’s and yes they should be all the same. Well this one needs to sort it’s staff out. We don’t use McDonald’s very often when, entering there are now screens to order form. That’s ok new technology, but the the staff in this restaurant, not very helpful in showing us how it works. My Spanish isn’t very good , and their English even less so. So in the end we came out , we were not the only ones. The staff in there need to learn so customer service. There are a lot different nationalities in the area, All that was needed was a little help from the staff .
We only popped in for a quick coffee,it was a thursday early lunchtime in october and as such it was very quiet.we bought a one euro small coffee each and we offered a free refill which we were not expecting (which is always good! .place was very clean and tidy,and staff friendly and efficient...well done punta prima!
Slow, the toilets reek of wee all the time, last time they had the door wide open and the whole place smelt.

Estaba muy lleno el local entonces el servicio era lento y no muy bien preparadas las hamburguesas creo que en días de vacaciones y en horas especificas estos chicos deberían tener mas personal, estaba sucio el local.
