Spectacular spa hotel resort. Amazing rooms facing either the lagoon, ocean, or both. Service is always very accommodating and pleasant; however, it can be slow. The food is good. Sometimes great. Sometimes fair. Loved our stay. The most relaxed I have ever been. View all feedback.
This May a friend and I decided to take a vacation to Cancun for the first time. We decided that we should stay at the Le Blanc Spa Resort All Inclusive Resort. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a Welcome Drink (not sure what it was, but it was delicious and a warm weighted pad for our neck after our travels. Our luggage was put away until our room was ready and we received our wristbands to access the property amenities. We decided to enjoy that time on the beach until our room was ready and ordered some lunch as well. We walked around the property and it wasn’t too large or too small. It was very nice and well maintained. When we arrived at our room, our luggage was brought up to us shortly after. The room was very clean and spacious for 2 people. We made dinner plans at a few different restaurants on the resort: Blanc for breakfast (no reservations ; Lumiere French Restaurant, Bella Italian Restaurant; and Yama Japanese Restaurant. All the places we chose were delicious. My only complaint is the serving sizes are a lot smaller for Americans : . I also think things didn’t stay open long enough like places to get a snack or ice cream. Sometimes I like to stay up late and a nice snack would be great. The small time window it’s open isn’t enough in my opinion. Otherwise, everyone was amiable and the resort was very nice. There are plenty of activities to keep you occupied and you may not need to leave the resort. I highly recommend which is why I’ll be returning to one of their properties again next year.
Great staff but poor management; public relations guy is the worst. Have been going for 12 years and I won’t be back. The food is either good or average. It was my 60th birthday and despite emails and conversations the resort and our butler, Juan, failed to recognize until prompted repeatedly. Very disappointed. Next, 10 minutes after arrival pesticide Contractors knocked and demanded to come into our room and spray DEET, which is highly toxic so it was horrible. I had already upgraded our room, but asked them to move us for the inconvenience to the junior suite which is a level up. That never happened either. They offer the governor suite and that I pay $3000 extra. A shout out to Laura, the pool team, my favorite lifeguard, best waiter is Emmanuel, Roger, and so many more who are the soul of Le Blanc. The poor management and inconsistent service prevents us from returning or ever buying a membership. Please, do not buy a membership— it is a waste of your money! Go somewhere less expensive to get value! Never returning, sadly.
Espectacular!!!!!! Todo supera cualquier espectativa que tengas! El servicio, la comida, las instalaciones, todo vale la pena!

This is a beautiful place to enjoy a thoroughly luxurious stay. We came for four nights for our wedding anniversary and were absolutely pampered! The service was impeccable by everyone. Too many to name specifically, but all the staff aim for and achieve top notch service. We had two delightful meals at the Japanese restaurant Ya Ma and thanks to Alejandra, Freddy the chef and Naxheilly our Sunday evening was truly excellent. I enjoyed my spa facial with Freyci and hydrotherapy with Anna. It was so relaxing and the products are beautiful. The weather gave us delightful beach days and Sunday by the pool was very relaxing. We also had the amazing privilege of participating in the release of newly hatched turtles into the sea. Highly recommended.
