Have visited several outlets of Cheesecake factory across US, Europe and Australia and always loved the cakes as much as the customer service of their friendly staff which really helps when you're deciding how to change from our usual choices. However the Torrensville outlet in Adelaide was a total bad experience with a very unfriendly pushy woman at the counter. These sort of people ensure they break years of good brand experiences. Will definitely not be going back or recommending to anyone.
The torrensville store is located at a beautiful corner position among other shops and restaurants. as their name already says, cheesecakes are their specificity, but they also do muddy cakes, torts, torts and a wide range of others desserts.
Have visited several flilials of the cheesecake factory in the usa, Europe and Australia and loved the cake always as much as the customer service of their friendly staff who really helps if they decide how to change them from our usual decisions. the torrensville outlet in adelaide however was a totally bad experience with a very unfriendly drawer woman on the switch. these kinds of people make sure they break good brand experiences for years. will definitely not go back or recommend to anyone.
