Astro Karaoke - Torrance

This is my favorite place for group karaoke. The food drinks are also great and reasonably priced. Very grateful for this local hot spot.

Went Wednesday at 7 with my girl. Great vibe, the soy sauce duck was delicious. Cook people working behind the counter, cool people chilling at the bar. Next time I'm in the area,

I visited this place for the first time last Saturday with a group of 12. There's plenty of parking in the parking lot. I highly recommend booking a room a few days ahead especially for the weekend. The food tasted great, the service was prompt, and the music selection was pretty darn decent. VERY IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING THE CHECK: Make sure the alcohol you purchase is on the same tab as your food and karaoke room as it is counted as credit toward the karaoke room fee. We made the mistake of splitting the bill and didn't receive the credit initially. I didn't notice until the next day, but the owner (Yasu) and his employees (Pepa, Mika) were kind enough to give us the credit upon presenting the alcohol receipt. Yasu really values customer service. He even offered a free drink to me for the inconvenience, which I didn't take but was extremely grateful. Yasu is a class act and the place was really wonderful to have fun with friends. I highly recommend this gem of a karaoke joint/restaurant. It's a one stop shop for GREAT TIMES!
