Burger King - Toronto

Well, my burger was juicy and my chicken sandwich was hot and my onion rings were delicious. I actually enjoyed the attentiveness of the cashier and the speed that my food was prepared. It was a good experience for me. Good job guys, you made me smile today

It was good and service was pretty fast. Customer service can be a little better (no need to be rude or sarcastic if someone doesn't know something the lady at the cashier behaved this way with 3 people). Dining in wasn't the best as nearly every table was dirty, but it was lunch time as well so they may have not got around to cleaning, but it still is not desirable. Food was fine tho, I loved the Oreo shake.

Have been here >5 times. Food is okay, good value for price but mobile order service is worse than MCdonalds. There isn’t a particular staff to serve mobile order or takeouts. Every time Ordered in advance on mobile, food is ready on shelf, but have to wait for over 5 or even 15 mins for a staff to serve you. “Excuse me” “Hi” “hello” never works since the 3 staff are always busy with sth. A staff has time to grab his own drink but doesn’t have time to serve the mobile order line. You can never get your food unless they finish all the stuff on hand and come to you. Lots of room to improve the service, though it’s a busy location.

It's a decent restaurant. Not a bad choice if you want some affordable fast food. On the mobile app there are some coupons to choose from, so that's a good option if you want to save some money. Most burger kings I've been to have had consistent quality, but a few have had issues with my order. I've had it happen on two occasions where I didn't get what I ordered. I'm unsure of how they misread my order, but it really disappointed me when it happened. Other than those times, I've had no issues with burger king and usually have a good experience there.

UPDATE: Restaurant has temporarily changed to close at 11pm. This location is almost ALWAYS busy with a lineup. Average Burger King food. Self-serve here at the soft drink station because they don't have drive-thru service at this location. Cleanliness is better than before with the Pandemic province-wide lockdown going on. Too many homeless drug addicts frequent this location, and they can make you feel uncomfortable if you had to eat your meal here.
