241 Pizza - Toronto

I entered the restaurant to order a few slices of pizza. The employee glanced at me, then leisurely roamed around examining things. He then leisurely went to the sink to wash his hands, glanced at me again, and began preparing two large pizzas in front of me without acknowledging my presence. After about 10 minutes, it was obvious that he had no intention of taking my order, so I left.

This is the worst dining experience I have ever had. My food arrived almost 2 hours late, and the restaurant did not answer any phone calls to provide an update. I only realized my order had been delivered when I went outside to check. The pizza was cold and the wings were overcooked and undercooked at the same time. It seemed like the restaurant was intentionally trying to make bad food. I am going to contact my bank to request a refund since I highly doubt the restaurant will provide the refund I deserve after this terrible service.

The first time I ordered from this restaurant was amazing, the taste was excellent. I have continued to order from here with no problems. I hope they will not change their service and quality. Thank you.

Kid-friendliness: He open the door whild its cold outaide and gave us a free drink

If y order online you are getting cold pizza. They state their delivery is in half hour but it takes them like an hour and 15 minutes. 2 km from here. Same road. Cold food. And then when you call them they say it's not their problem. Also the store won't answer the phone directly so they won't do customer care. If you want to have a good dinner I tell you choose another location
