Just arrived home after the most relaxing day ever, my first experience at a spa. Booked months ago for my mums birthday treat but due to snow earlier in the year we had to rebook. The wait was so worth it. The staff were absolutely lovely, so polite and happy to help you with anything. Our treatments and the use of the facilities were gorgeous. Extremely impressed. Will 100% be back very very soon! Food was also 10/10. Highly recommend and was well worth our 2 hour drive! Sophie, the lovely lady who did our treatments was very professional and friendly thank you beyond escapes for making my mum and I feel refreshed and revitalised.

Luxury, beautify spa with beautiful landscape views and outstanding staff. Very modern and also excellent restaurant, delicious food and superb staff/customer service who makes you very relax and very welcome. This place is just very very nice. Highly recommended.

Amazing visit to the spa today! The staff were all friendly and professional. My full body massage from Stacey was amazing! Stacy has great firm pressure and I left feeling very relaxed! The facilities are lovely, small but not overcrowded. We absolutely loved the outdoor heated jacuzzi! Afternoon tea was lovely and the chef was very friendly and chatty. Bar staff very smiley and polite! Not a bad word to say about the place! I can’t wait to return!

We had a fabulous spa experience, one of the best massages I had many advices informative ideas of the therapists. we loved all the facilities of the outdoor pool was a joy, like the heated chairs! facial was amazing my guests reported back. nothing was too upset that we were not rushed at all, although we were a group of 5 with two treatments each. all tastefully decorated beautiful hauch everywhere. really tasty light lunch beautiful staff everywhere I wish them all luck and we will definitely be back.

I and my mother are here a few times for spa afternoons and we can't recommend it enough. rezeptionists, therapists and waiting staff are so friendly and can not do enough for them. the facilities are small but of great quality. it never seems to be overcrowded when considering that the treatment rooms are generally fully booked. very relaxing! thank you.
