Went the day the power was out. They were slammed. They did an excellent job handling everything. Didn't mess up the order at all. They were friendly and efficient. What Scott Meyer doesn't like about Wendy's:
Placed a mobile order for this location, giving 7+ minutes lead time on the arrival. Ordered a Biggie Bag and received a burger that appears to have been thrown against a wall after assembly, and what I believe are chicken chunks.... This was of course, after other customers who arrived after me, got their food first, thus defeating the purpose of ordering ahead here.The Cobb Salad is fantastic though! I'll likely on... Very disappointed. 25 minutes in line which didn’t really bother me but when I got my food the burger was cold and my frosty was almost melted. Was always one of my favorite places to get a tasty burger. Not anymore
Food and staff was good and convenient off the highway
I sat at the drive thru speaker for several minutes with out being helped. I said hello a few times and was told someone would be with me shortly. I sat there for several more minutes and no one helped me. I drove off, when I drove around the building the order taker was just standing there doing nothing. There was only 1 truck at the pick up window. This Wendy’s seems to be struggling. I don’t know why I continue to try to go here.

FIRST Food was fixed properly to specific request . Food was cooked properly and employees were friendly and attentive to customers. The one area i see to work on is cleaning the customer seating area more frequently hard to find a table to eat at.
