Cold Stone Creamery - Tooele

If you arent at cold stone watching them make the order, it will NOT be right. I ordered and paid for sprinkle bowls got plain. Ordered love it on all, got like it, added add ons, they didnt have them. I paid the extra convenience fee just to still drive up to the location and them tell me they were busy and didnt have time to make the dipped bowls or correct the sizes plus I didnt get refunded. 100% unacceptable.

They get it wrong every single time. Every single order is always, ALWAYS missing something big. If you order a waffle cone you will not get it. Ever!

I ordered my usual, the Berry Berry one, I cant really remember the entirety of the name... As usual, my ice cream was cold, delicious and really satisfied my intense craving for something superb! Thank you again, Cold Stone for always being consistent and exceptional!

The Berry Berry Berry Good bowl of ice cream is by far my favorite. It contains exactly what I look for in ice cream. I prefer fruity ice cream and this has it all... the raspberries and strawberries make this dish superb! I do like blueberries but, unfortunately, not so much in ice cream. I dont particularly like how they turn into little frozen balls of blueberries. I would prefer to have the blackberries instead, so if there was an option to opt-out the blueberries and put some blackberries in place of the blueberries, that would be marvelous! Just my opinion, other than that, everything was wonderful! Thank you for the delicious treat!
