The ladies were very nice. The food came fast, fresh and properly proportional and I had a great lunch. The place was clean, even the bathroom. If I'm in the area, I'm back! View all feedback.
What Krs M doesn't like about Taco Bell:
Don't bother going 30 minutes before they close, they ignore you and will hide in the back despite their cars being there, and I know they were there because they're our neighbors. There was a Pepsi sitting at the drive thru window the slush machines were still running. Contacting corporate in the morning, don't want to work past 12?? Go work at Fivestar then. Food was good .service was great. the young lady at the counter was excellent.
Honestly, the best fast food place in Monroe County. Staff are always very friendly, the food is always made right and tastes so good, and it is very clean inside. I eat very often here.

Smh, some of us wake up late when there's nothing else open or are getting home from work late and Taco Bell is the only option. Shouldn't refuse to answer because you don't want to do your job. Looks like she even screamed at someone 2 weeks ago.
I noticed my wife used my account to post a review about the Taco Bell in our town, however, I don 't share her opinions or views, and I 'm therefore re writing the review! Nevertheless, I 'm including a summary of *HER* review, so technically this will be two reviews in one each with opposite opinions! My wife 's review referenced the poor quality of the soft shell tacos she was given during one particular visit. While I agree with her wholeheartedly, I feel it 's irresponsible and or unfair rate an establishment you 've visited numerous times and write a one star, horror story review based on one negative experience. Anyone who 's tried to save a soft taco for the next day or set it in the refrigerator for more than an hour will likely understand my wife 's complaint the soft shell tacos she ordered were like day old soft tacos kept in the refrigerator and reheated in the microwave. The lettuce was almost a mushy slime. The tomatoes were less than fresh, and, while she didn 't mention this, it 's likely the tortilla had started to harden like bread left on the counter. Is this acceptable service? No, absolutely not. Did my wife place this order in the smallest town on Earth from a Taco Bell with teenagers whom are likely either stoned, tweaked, or nodding out depending on their drug of choice? Pretty much... and I only say 'pretty much ' because the town is extremely small (approx. pop. 2250) but probably not the smallest on Earth. Everything else I said has about 75 80% odds of being dead on. If you 've never lived in that small of a town, you probably don 't understand the connection or what it has to do with the quality of the food. Consider the activities available in such a small town ... the only things kids in this town have to do is drugs and each other often times both. ON THE FLIP SIDE! *MY* review has a much more positive opinion of the Tompkinsville Taco Bell. As a matter of fact, I 'll go so far as to say it 's better than any other Taco Bell I 've been to. You might be asking how I can make such a claim statement knowing *AND* agreeing with my wife 's opinions a few paragraphs ago. Ultimately it comes down to one simple difference... I never order soft shell tacos, and the items I *DO* order aren 't a readily available menu item, basically guaranteeing it 's fresh when it 's handed to me. This isn 't an intentional tactic, but rather the way I like my bean and cheese burritos. It 's actually become the only thing I order and I 've not burned myself out on them yet. And Taco Bell has never had an issue with holding the rice and adding beef to the bean and cheesy rice burrito. But above anything else, the price is STILL $2 so for $4, I make a meal and scarf deliciousness (in my personal opinion, seriously delicious). I recently read about law suits being filed against Taco Bell in regard to the inadequate food portions served. I can honestly say I wouldn 't have a case against the Taco Bell in Tompkinsville ... I 'll take a picture of my burritos next time I go up there. This location isn 't stingy with the portions. In fact, they 're extremely generous with the sizes and portions at times! As for any other location, you might want to check the LOCAL reviews...
