Unlike the nearby Toks and Madero, the Potzollcalli is often nearly empty for breakfast. Too bad, because the breakfast options are great, with packages that include juice, coffee, and a donught. They also offer olla coffee, a nice alternative. My chilaquiles con arrachera were tasty and just right. The service can be a bit unattentive. View all feedback.

Certainly you do not expect much in the way of service in a mall restaurant, but in this case we got less. Had to wait for beers a couple times. Worse, they brought out three of our entrees very quickly (pizole) and the fourth did not come out for at least 10 minutes. We arrived twice for breakfast as it was next to our hotel and was better than the free buffet at our hotel. The service was fine, the food we had several articles, Red Pozolo, that was OK, Green Pozole, which was very good, Chilaquiles, which I liked very much, both red and green, and other articles were OK. They also had good bread in the house.

My fevorate restorant in this area, not fency, good value for your money. Food is tasty and not too much spicy. No english menue, but pictures of dishes gives a good way to manage without understanding spanish. The decoration and atmpsphere is authentic, restorant is quiet and friendly. Guakamole (Avocado salad) is exelent. Potzollcalli soups are recommended, the Green or white are less spicy. small size is recommended unless you are very hungry.
As soon as you order is fatal fast. The portions are quite large, the selection is large and they have afternoon activities after 5 or 6:00. Every Thursday there is a pozole speacial.
