Tim Hortons - Toledo

The sugar free coffee is fair, but i prefer bigby or Starbucks. The food is ok but not great. My bagel was supposed to be toasted but was soggy and lukewarm. I’ve been there several times and each time my order was correct and timely but just didn’t taste great. I probably won’t go back. To be fair, my friend liked her frozen Oreo drink and said she would order it again.

Fast service, Awesome staff... Very clean inside and outside. 5 stars all the way.

Two days in order, I paid $2.50 for a big kakaokaffee that was warm. I asked the boy on the second day on the car thru and he said that is how it is. the line was too long on the drive thru to demand them roast a fresh pot.

This is a newly constructed store. Same location from the old store. The counter person was not very friendly. The sausage in my sandwich was undercooked to the extent i could still see pink meat. I took it back to the counter and they gave me another sandwich with undercooked meat. Lastly clean the store!!! At 9 am crumbs/paper all over the floor in the seating area. My experience was not good.
