Subway - Toledo

My last visit to this restaurant was frustrating as the staff seemed disinterested and provided poor customer service. I would rate their service 2 out of 5.

The staff was very attentive and friendly, and the restaurant was clean. The food was delicious, 5 out of 5 stars.

I would give this restaurant negative stars if I could. The young man named Ryan who worked there was very disappointing. He didn't greet me when I arrived, didn't know the answers to my questions, and didn't even acknowledge me when I left. Despite making eye contact multiple times, he still refused to communicate. When I asked to speak to the manager, he was dismissive and unhelpful. It's frustrating how entitled some of these young employees can be. I will be taking my business elsewhere and will make sure to let my family and friends know about this terrible experience.

I had a great experience at this restaurant today! Even though they were busy, one of the sandwiches in my online order was made incorrectly. When I returned to the restaurant, the woman working there was very polite and kind. She promptly acknowledged the mistake and went above and beyond to correct it. The employees here are amazing!

I visited Subway tonight and had a great experience meeting Corey and Latrina. They provided excellent service and made up for a previous visit to this location. I was surprised that they were low on meatballs, but it was not a big deal. I also had a coupon for a free cookie, and Corey and Latrina gladly posed for a photo, which made us all happy.
