Overall, while many still cherish the flavors and comfort of the restaurant, the consistency of service remains a critical area needing improvement.
Our experience at the restaurant tonight was disappointing. Despite usually receiving decent service, we arrived at 7:30 pm to find our table not even set up properly for our party of 10. We had to fetch two additional chairs ourselves. Our food did not arrive until 9:07 pm, despite being reassured multiple times that it would be out shortly. Our server mentioned that the manager would comp part of our bill, although we had not requested this. We were promised free desserts, but they never materialized. Overall, this was our worst dining experience and we do not plan on returning.
If you do a pick UP OR, take care of the gratuity. we were calculated for a pick UP order of 11$ gratity. I was a host and that's a lot for a tip. you're eating all this and you're gonna put it out. we type this for full service. we wouldn't pay 11 for a PICK order that was us walked out. they are not 5 stars, do not calculate how they are. it is not broken, it is not stingy, it is not unratful. it will be dinner for a family working in a dirty hot factory for 8-10 hours and treated us once in the past. you eat is already expensive, why more just for a tipp that doesn't deserve that?.
We use midday snacks and do not have inside spaces since 2020. the website is super slow every time we order. the personal here is always very professional and friendly. the pick-up process is great and convenient. added, the last three times I waited 20-30 minutes at the pick-up time. I just thought they were short-time servants like everyone else.
Always love her broth and salate. eating has improved. the auberginenparmigiana was good in the last two times. the tour of italia was back to the proportions they were before. several times the tour of italia was only 3 small domes on a teller small enough that they did not come close to touch each other. I'm not a bidder if too much, just what I'm coming for. they are successful twice
Well today their curbside-to-go service was non-existent. After letting them know what spot we were in, and waiting 15 minutes I tried calling them. Their automated phone system answered and promptly hung up. So had to go inside and pick up our order. Understood they were having problems, but they need to communicate with their customers sitting outside trying to follow their procedure for picking up an order.
