the food was good, but they fought with their host. the waitress was attentive and made sure that we took care of it. not sure if it was just our table, but every time someone in our party has cut their steak, they had to hunt the sliding plate around the table. the value was on cost. total money well spent. if they better train the host staff, it would get 5 stars from me. I ordered Brussels spears that usually comes with honey butter not tonight it was very dry and broth hard. the restaurant explained what was wrong with my eating, was stopped for the manager and then suspended. call them back 8 times when the phone rung picked them up and then hanged. the last call asked for the manager and he was not available? at 10:12 clock and they will take my number and call it back. everyone w... Well where shall I begin. We came here today after church to eat. So we came in was told 30 mins wait which is no problem at all but then it turned into hour and that's when the issues happen. So I looked around and it was plenty of open tables and so I ask what's the hold up? She said they were going to sit us at a booth.. I was like 6 big people at a booth when they could've set us with two tables but she said they weren't doing that any more and then I ask about this open section right here pictured below in which she said let me ask the manager. The manager Rebecca which off the jump had a straight racist vibe. Said this was her location and that section was closed due to not haven't enough staff. So I ask her if or an another manager could help with the staffing issue and she said no. Then she sent her other biracial manager Stephanie to speak with us and she disappeared the rest of our meal. So we finally get seated, have the worst server in the world and then we get our tabs. As I went to the restroom I saw that not only where people sitting in th section we weren't allowed too and they where a white family! So yeah.. horrible management!
We had to ask for the bread. 3 of us asked for our steaks to be lightly seasoned, the steaks were fully seasoned. 1 person ordered their steak medium, it came well done. Then we asked for 2 baked potatoes to go and we waited over 5 minutes for that. All the staff is so young, they don't know what good service is. I'm a good tipper, not tonight. This is the 4th time in a year. Not sure I care to go back.
I called the restaurant the day before to make a reservation for a party of 25. They recommended coming after 5pm the next day for our birthday dinner for my sister at 6:30pm. My sister and I arrived a little after 5pm and requested a table for 12 and 3. The manager approved the arrangement for our party at 6:30pm when the rest of the family arrived. However, another party of 8 arrived during our wait and was given priority for seating. We ended up being seated 1 hour later at separate tables of 6 and 4. By 8:30pm, half of our party still had not received their meals. When my food finally came, it was overly seasoned and contained mushrooms to which I am allergic. I requested a to-go box and left. Despite the shortcomings, I must acknowledge that our waitress did an excellent job. While I understand that mistakes can happen, I was disappointed as this dinner was supposed to be a special celebration for my sister who has cancer.
I went to this restaurant for a birthday celebration. The steaks were good, but could have used a bit more seasoning. They were a bit small for the price compared to another steakhouse nearby. However, the broccoli, baked potatoes, and salads were delicious, and the staff was very friendly. Overall, I found this place to be a bit expensive.
The service and food at this restaurant are consistently excellent. I also appreciate the pleasant atmosphere, as it is not too noisy. The stuffed mushrooms were delicious, however, my strawberry salad was a bit overdressed.
