Due to COVID, there was no buffet available when I went for lunch on Saturday. Instead, prepacked boxes with prices and descriptions were placed on a table for customers to choose from. After selecting your meal, you can sit down to eat and then pay at the end. I went Thursday 12:20 when this restaurant should work. at the entrance of the building it was a large green sign open, but when they climbed the door, was locked. it's not the first time this 2 stars. pity because it is the next vegan restaurant to my work and I could be a regular customer. The restaurant owners are ETHICAL vegans. The food was cheap and delicious as compared to other vegan restaurants in Japan which are making vegan food as a business, unnecessary luxury and even the staff and the owners are sometimes not vegan. The vegan skewers were lip-smacking. Eat a vegan buffet here and you will not regret it. Updated from previous review on 2021-05-05
The owner is so nice and I can't believe I finally got to try vegan Unagi for the first time in my life. Also really enjoyed the buns and gyoza!
We tried the steamed buns, gyoza, and chicken nuggets. all were delicious: very kind staff, too.
Very glad we found this restaurant, in the rain. It's on a small street, basically on the top floor of an apartment building. Every dish was delicious. Very friendly staff. The soups, dumplings and radish cakes were all excellent.
