The staff at this restaurant are incredibly friendly and genuinely care about providing a positive experience for their customers. What User doesn't like about Dunkin':
they always screw them up never the or 100% right it is always something like this time they forget my donuts and if u or on grub hub the menu is different than what u see on the dunkin' d menu so that is also very annoying, but yes they can not seem to get something right so where not recommend ordering from here I would just go in person View all feedback.

Came through the drive through in the morning and was served/given stale croissants and donuts, couldn't verify the quality till I got to the office and by then was too late to return them!
I only can give this place 1 star for the reason being I waited in a big long line in the morning which took like 20 mins just for me to get to the window and for them to tell me they are not serving like food for breakfast at all. If that's the case the should have a sign up or some thing so people don't waste there time in line like I did...?
I have encountered issues with my order getting mixed up about 8 out of 10 times recently, whether it's through the drive-thru or delivery. This Dunkin' is less than 5 minutes from my house, but I've decided not to return again!!!
Terrible customer service. I visited the drive-thru and placed my order. The employee asked me to repeat it, which I didn't mind, so I clarified by saying "iced caramel cold brew." The employee responded rudely, "Yeah, of course it’s iced; it’s a cold brew." I was planning to add more items to my order, but when she asked, "Is that it?" I decided I didn’t want to deal with her anymore, so I just wrapped it up. To top it off, my order ended up being incorrect. There aren't many other coffee options nearby if you're in a hurry, so good luck!
