They didn't bother to cut the pizza or bread sticks.. They had to discuss who was going to come to the window to assist.. there were four of them, and no one wanted to go to the window. They waited till the person putting pizza toppings on was finished and let her help.. the other four continued to do nothing.. pretty lame service for a new business. This is my second time ordering the same order I didn’t get the first time! The first one I ordered was canceled by them not me!!! I ordered the first one at 6:40 Pm and the 2nd at 7:40 Pm! Here it is 8:01 Pm and I haven’t gotten my food! This is ridiculous!
The pizza was delivered burnt! The tots were burnt! It was like Burnt bread. I called the store and after my complaint, the manager just left us on hold forever. Terrible customer service! Great location. The Gentleman working both times we went was very friendly, helpful and quick with making our order. What else can you ask for at a pizza joint
This time they didn't cook well for my order..it look very raw dough ....
