We ordered the festive hot chicken sandwich the order was brought with 1/4 chicken meal the cashier misunderstood, chicken was dry , potato was dry , self serve pop was room temperature , Was disappointed View all feedback.

I was not empress tonight the service was wonderful but did not like the atmosphere. they had funeral music playing to loud. No longer able to have a sit down meal with a waitress. I felt like I was at a fast food restaurant. Family In front of us wanted a family pack for dinner and was not able to because it is only for take out. The floors were extremely sticky as well.
One of my favorite places of Swiss Chalet. Food is always delicious and staff is always beautiful, environment is always welcoming. Very recommended.
