The food was good but I don't think it should be in the top 15 sushi restaurants in the area. They were quite stingy of ginger and Wasabi and low sodium soy sauce. The spider rolls were the best presentation of all. We had to order more ginger, and it was a tiny portion. We have never seen any place that you need to pay extra for ginger. View all feedback.
What Amy Bennett doesn't like about Sushi Ki-ichi:
We were visiting the area and this place came with a solid recommendation. The selection was relatively small but the food was good. The downside: The service was very slow. Came here for lunch after morning tennis. Not too busy for 1pm on a Tuesday. They have lunch specials but I opted for the omakase 10 piece. Great deal for the price. I give a slight edge to Syun for the nigri. However, Sushi Ki-ichi does come with a bowl of yummy soup. Now that I’ve tried their sushi, next time I’ll go with their bento box.
Food was delicious! The wait for the food was a long though. We ordered the salmon bento lunch special and the karaage curry rice and both were delicious!Food: 5/5
Elegant and graceful, with calming music and a gentle, outgoing, and attentive staff, this establishment is a must in Tigard. The sushi is superb. What a delightful experience.Food: 5/5
