Pho Tiger - Tigard

Imperial rolls were large and REALLY good. Pho broth is OK, size is average but very few pieces of rare beef in the pho. You order at the counter or on a tablet.

Besides a fast food restaurant, where do you pay directly after ordering? Not that I don’t understand certain reasons, but to pay a tip before you get any service?Wheelchair accessibility: Tight fit through the door.

This used to be my go-to Pho spot. Food was delicious, to-go service was prompt and friendly, prices very reasonable. The past year, things have really gone downhill. I always order the beef steak pho, and more than half the time, they give me the wrong meat. Sometimes my entire order is wrong. I would be totally fine with the recent price increase if my orders were right most of the time, but it just doesn't seem worth it lately. When it was good, it was SO good, so I might try them again in several months to see if things have improved.

A 3% convenience fee is added ?They also don't turn on the air conditioning on a hot day, and ask you to pay a tip before the service. The portions are small and the hot sauce is the lowest of the low.Overall the impression is that they want to get the most they can out of you with the least amount of service.Enough is enough.

Literally just left this place and while it is clean and nice on the inside I’m very disappointed in the service and the product me and my mother received while there. The cashier was rude to start with then when the food came I looked at my pho tai and there was literally 2 little pieces of meet in it and my mom said the pork was good in her food but the shrimp were absolutely horrible. Really disappointed in my pho experience here. Do better!
