Chang's Mongolian Grill - Tigard

"I have a fondness for HuHot, so I naturally have high expectations for Mongolian grills. However, my experience at Chang fell short of those expectations."

We arrived at 5:30, quite early, and the place wasn't crowded yet. It filled up shortly after our arrival. It's been around 15 years since I last visited a Mongolian restaurant.
