Picked our food up everything was cold. Chips was like they had been cooked about 6 times. Had a portion of chips missing from out order went back up there to get a refund and they said they have a policy where they wasn’t allowed to give us one back as we picked our food up Absolutely disgrace last time we will be using them Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner

Ordered last week and was inedible, tried again tonight thinking it was a bad night and the food was absolutely terrible. Chips the easiest thing to cook were like Last weeks chips refried (used to be the best takeaway around) Will never eat there again, when I called to advise them if the terrible food they weren’t even bothered and just wanted to get off the phone Food: 1
