What User doesn't like about Jack In The Box:
My recent visit to this restaurant was very frustrating. The communication systems were down, so we had to order at a window and then drive to the front to wait. There were 10 cars ahead of me in line, and it took 45 minutes to receive my food. It was the first day of the Coachella Festival, and it seemed like whoever planned the timing did not anticipate the additional 100,000 visitors in the valley. View all feedback.
The personal stood before smoking and clapping. they told me they were closed. this was 8:36 watch I guess all jack in the crates in the desert are really bad. jack in the box will no longer be an option for my family.
Drive thru woman was one of the worst fast food associates I've ever come across, if you dont have enough associates, just close the store. don't take it out on the customers.short story, i went at around 8pm and the place was a ghost town, pulled up to the drive through only to be greeted by said lady who told me she was having technical difficultieswith the soda machine asked me to come back .. i was seriously confused and had no idea what she was asking or telling me, i haven't even uttered a word or made an order yet. i just stood there in my car at disbelief until she once again said came you come back please ... one of the trippiest experiences ever ??. next time just close the restaurant, don't hide in the kitchen and make things up so you don't have to work.EDIT: I went back around the after noon a couple days later and the food was absolutely amazing, definitely going back to this specific location. service was fast and easy. so im changing my review to 5 stars.
Same as a WA or OR or wherever, good food, fast and fresh. Drive thru, mid afternoon, not busy, visible from I-10.
The night time staff here closes the restaurant early and just hides inside only occasionally peaking their heads out to see if anyone is there. The hours of operation are way wrong! The girl who claimed to be the manager told me they're closed that they close at 10 but it's only 924.
Drive thru is as slow as molasses in January..food sub par, lack of napkins, staff were not savvy as to what they sold when questioned..no wonder doors are closing for this franchise. Good luck.
