Jersey Mike's Subs - Thousand Oaks

I ordered 2 sandwiches to deliver. When my order arrived at doordash, there was only 1 sandwich so I tried to call the load. I had to call six times before someone finally answered the phone. when I explained that my order was wrong, I was asked if I could come in and get a replacement. since I had just tipped doordash's drive $7.00 to deliver my order and it rained out, I asked if they could deliver it to me. the hired person told me it was impossible because they only employed three. When I arrived 30 minutes later, I expected a lobby full of people, but to my surprise the lobby was completely empty. not a single customer, really? I will not order in future from this jersey mike. what happened to good customer service? they certainly do not offer it at this place.

I love jersey mikes, but there's something that's really wrong with this place. they transfer the online orders everytime and they can not call to repair it because they do not answer the phone. the manager should be replaced by someone who can train the staff properly.

If you like East coast style sandwiches or more specifically Jersey Mike's I highly recommend this location. It's all about the staff and this location has the nicest, warmest sandwich shop staff ever! Great customer service is what keeps us coming to this location.

Never answers the phone. Only way to order is online.

The staff was very friendly and the food was freshly prepared.
