Pizza Casa Presto - Thionville

A good discovery, excellent pizzas and a pleasant welcome

I find that the average rating given to this facility is usurped. Indeed, if I was conquered during my first order with pizzas and a portion of pasta of good quality and delivered in time, my second experience in all other drums. Mal brought me to want to order a second time in this establishment since I waited almost an hour and a half instead of the 45 minutes announced, for an incomplete and cold delivery. When I contacted the establishment, I was taken and treated like a liar. While the commercial gesture should have been spontaneously proposed by the boss or the one who presented himself as such, my word was totally questioned and I was accused of trying to scratch. The non-existent commercial sense and the arrogance of the staff pushed me to strongly advise this establishment despite the quality of the pizzas I found rather good. So I'm not gonna be taken from being honest, because I could have said the products were raw even if not. My honesty is a little more different from the boss of this establishment. When you behave like a boss worthy of that name, you try to make the customer calm instead of treating him as a liar without even checking the time of the order. Apparently the commercial sense does not really improvise and some would do better not open a trade. Good listener...

I order a 4 cheese, I get a seafood... During this time my friends eat, no excuse from the guy to drop the phone that absolutely wants to see the other pizza, believing may be that I wanted to swindle it... 0 pointed
