There are some real issues here Seems management is aware but unable or unwilling to fix Drinks 15 minutes water 15 minutes order 35 minutes no service or rolls or anything as you wait for salads Then salads and steaks served at same time Alerted manager and was told this is an ongoing issue “sorry but we are working on it” No service for wine or drinks after another delay and apologies all around so we skipped Waited for service afterwards and ordered dessert but sadly this was a bad visit and other than apologies we didn't see wait staff unless asked for them Village's other restaurants have superior service No one seemed to care at WP they went in the back and disappeared and the were not busy Seems like changes are being made so I would wait before visiting Hopefully they bring in help for training and experienced crew that values customers

Food was great. It took a bit for our starter to come out (which we did not mind), but than they wanted to serve our main course almost at the same time. They did take it back and kept it warm. The dish was still warm when they served it, but unfortunately the salad that was on the same plate was warm as well.

Ordered meatloaf. Very overcooked. Had to get some sauce to make edible.

Excellent service and food. Alejandro the server was not only professional but very savvy with menu and cocktails. Great dinner with friends!!
