Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction truly sets them apart.Now, let's talk about the food. The meals prepared by Honest Eats are a true testament to their name with every dish using only the freshest and locally sourced ingredients. From hearty breakfasts to amazing cookies and brownies, every bite bursts with flavor and nourishment. I was pleasantly surprised by the variety they offered, ensuring that there was something to satisfy every palate. We recently tried three meals at Honest Eats and were pleasantly surprised by how delicious and flavorful they were. The staff, particularly the friendly and helpful lady, made our experience even more enjoyable. We 'll certainly be returning for more of their delectable food in the future.

I do not often leave negative reviews but truly this is the worst experience I’ve had with a business in Houston.I placed an online order thru a company they partner with. The restaurant chose the pickup window of 6-7pm. I came here and could not get ahold of anyone the restaurant was closed.Google says they’re open till 7pm. I showed up at 6:15 and they were closed.I had to contact them thru Instagram where they proceeded to cancel the order.The reason they gave is that they’re closed early on fridays which is totally reasonable imo but the fact that I was charged for the order came at the time that they chose (when they knew they would be closed) is a bit frustrating.The third party app did issue a refund for the unfulfilled order promptly which was nice!Very disappointing as this cost me my gas time for them not to honor the time slot they chose.For a company called Honest Eats, the whole interaction was really dishonest misleading.

Highly recommend. My husband and I order paleo and keto meals here weekly and we really enjoy the food. It is expensive but the price is about on par with other meal prep companies and the food is way tastier in my opinion. They taste fresh and flavorful. Service is friendly.
