Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

Wow very horrible experience. You have a very disrespectful "manager "Mistreating staff in front of customers it was very awkward toof customers it was very awkward to be in the restaurant after the manager yelling at the staff. Had an issue with my order aproched him as he was the shift manager and was very rude about handling the situation. His name was Jose it was a Saturday in the afternoon it wasnt even bussy

Me and my girlfriend came here yesterday and there was an outage and the nice gentleman by the name Jose was the absolute sweetest and the food and customers service from them was so good we came back again today!!

Drive thru cashier had on a dirty black sweater with white lent and big cotton balls all over it. I should’ve cancelled my order at that moment but nooo I paid anyway! Order was wrong, shake was melted, I only got 5 small onion rings with my order, burger was dry and tasteless, my receipt says $14.34 but my bank is pending $15.52!! And on top of all that it gave me the Beegees!

Not the best burger in my opinion. They don't have much flavor and the patties are smashed very thin. The fries are not great at all, very thin and flavor less.

First time eating here. It was good. We had burgers. The stick fries with sauce were great. The sundae very good. Will be back.
