This restaurant is very clean and the staff are very friendly when taking orders. It feels like stepping back in time to the good old days, yet the franchise is very up-to-date. I have never had a complaint about the service at White Castle. They have a drive-thru, car park, wheelchair accessibility, and even a spacious bathroom for those in wheelchairs. That's why I have given it four stars. View all feedback.

White Castle was the 1st fast food burger and their quality is consistent. I have had their beef burgers in the past but I am now eating Impossible (plant based) burgers. They are very flavorful.
Been coming to this particular white Castle since I was a child having grown up in Soundview.
White Castle burgers are always great and the super friendly interactions at the drive through window are always memorable. But let's be honest it's a White Castle so inside it could still be sketch.
Business was clean, staff was professional and the quality of service and food was good
I visited here November 4th 2023 and was greeted by Etta at the order intercom and she was so pleasant and gave us a happy goodmorning greeting which made us take note of she made our day she is customer friendly professional and an asset to White castle
