I had a fantastic dining experience at this restaurant. I booked a table through Groupon at a great price. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, and the service was friendly and welcoming. However, when we arrived at 6.00 as scheduled, the door was locked. Luckily, another customer had the restaurant's phone number and called to let them know we were waiting outside. The staff quickly apologized and opened the door for us. Initially, there were no drinks available as the bar was closed, leaving us a bit thirsty until it opened. We were also informed that dessert was not included in our Groupon deal, but were given bigger portions of our main courses instead. The staff promised that dessert would be provided on our next visit. Despite these small hiccups, the food (especially the coconut rice) was so delicious and the staff so welcoming that it was hard to be disappointed. This restaurant is a hidden gem and definitely worth a visit, just remember to have a contact number on hand in case of any unforeseen issues.

This restaurant is truly incredible. I have been here multiple times and it never disappoints. I love this place. I always start with the chicken satay (the sauce is heavenly) and have the beef pad Thai as the main course (which is fantastic). The woman who always serves us is a delight, always welcoming us with a smile and being very friendly. This is hands down the best Thai food in Britain, no exaggeration.

We were disappointed with our experience at the restaurant. The staff seemed to have trouble understanding our order, as my request for a very spicy dish was not properly accommodated. Unfortunately, my friends also ended up with the same level of spice, which they did not appreciate. Additionally, we were expecting a three-course meal but only received two courses.

There was not much explanation given for this and we were particularly looking forward to the dessert, as we are dessert people. This disappointment ruined our evening for a group of 4.

I attempted to make a reservation at this restaurant three times after purchasing a Groupon voucher. Each time, they cancelled my reservation and provided a different excuse. Since I booked through Groupon, I could not even get a refund because they believed I had already dined at the restaurant. The quality of the food may be good, but I recommend avoiding this restaurant due to its lack of reliability and constant disappointments.
